We respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect through this website, why we use it and what your rights are.
The data controller is Keno Servis (Lazar Tripković), Hajduk Veljkova 28, 36000 Kraljevo, Republic of Serbia. For any question regarding your data you can reach us by phone or through the contact form on the site.
We collect only the data you enter yourself in the contact form: your name, your e-mail address and, optionally, your phone number, the chosen service and a message. The form also carries an optional tick-box by which you may agree to receive occasional news and offers; it is unticked by default and we record only whether you ticked it. No registration is required to use the site, and we do not request or store sensitive data.
We use the contact-form data to answer your enquiry and arrange the service. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract, together with our legitimate interest in replying. If you ticked the box for news and offers, we use your e-mail address for that purpose on the basis of that consent alone — it is voluntary, it is not a condition of getting an answer, and you may withdraw it at any time, without consequence, by writing to us. For the optional visitor-statistics cookies the basis is likewise your consent alone. For visitors in the European Union these correspond to Article 6(1)(a), (b) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 — GDPR), and in Serbia to the corresponding provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act. We carry out no automated decision-making or profiling.
Your message is delivered to us by e-mail through a mail-sending service (Resend), and the site is hosted on a hosting platform (Vercel). These providers act as processors and handle the data only to the extent and for the purpose we determine, on our instructions. We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for marketing.
Some of the providers we use are located outside Serbia and the European Economic Area, primarily in the United States — the e-mail service (Resend), the hosting (Vercel) and, if you consent, the statistics tools (Google). This means certain data may be transferred outside your country. Such transfers are carried out under the safeguards the law provides — the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, whose adequacy decision was upheld by the General Court of the European Union in 2025. The aim is that your data continues to enjoy a level of protection consistent with the GDPR and the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act after transfer.
The site itself uses no advertising cookies. Some pages show content embedded from other services, which may set their own cookies under Google’s and Meta’s terms. The Google map on the Contact page loads automatically once you reach it — the workshop’s address is the basic thing people come to the page for — so as it loads, your IP address and browser details are passed to Google. The Instagram videos, by contrast, load only when you start them with a click, and until then nothing is fetched from Meta’s servers. For cookies that are not strictly necessary to run the site we ask for your consent through a cookie notice, in line with the rules on electronic communications (Directive 2002/58/EC — ePrivacy, for EU visitors). If you would rather the map did not load, you can block it in your browser settings or with a content blocker — everything else on the Contact page, including the full address and opening hours, is plain text and available without it.
So that we know which pages are genuinely useful and how to improve the site, we use visitor-statistics tools — Google Analytics and Google Search Console. These record aggregate, anonymous data about how the site is used: which pages were visited, from what kind of device, and which search brought you here. That data is not used to establish your identity, is not linked to the enquiry you send through the contact form, and is not used for advertising. Google Analytics sets its own cookies for this purpose; you can refuse or delete them in your browser settings and the site will keep working normally.
We keep enquiry data only for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, after which we remove it — unless a business or legal reason requires us to keep it longer.
This policy complies with the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act (“Official Gazette of the RS”, No. 87/2018) and, for visitors in the European Union, with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 — GDPR). Under those laws, in relation to your data you have the right to:

If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs) and, if you are in the European Union, with the data protection supervisory authority in your country of habitual residence.
