Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not satisfied with a performed service, you have the right to file a complaint, and we will resolve it in accordance with the law.
In accordance with the Serbian Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to file a complaint about a service that was not performed as agreed or that has a defect.
You can file a complaint in several ways:
Please include a description of the problem, which service is concerned and when it was performed, your contact details and, if you have one, the receipt or other proof of the performed service. This helps us resolve your request faster and more accurately.
We confirm receipt of a complaint without delay. We reply to a filed complaint in writing or electronically no later than 8 days from the day of receipt, stating our position on the request and a proposed resolution. We carry out the agreed resolution within 15 days from the day of the reply.
Depending on the nature of the defect, a complaint may be resolved by remedying the defect (performing or reworking the service again), by a price reduction, or by a refund, in accordance with the law.
